I would like to ask CaptainMeme or any other nation with territory which will be WPO's to cede land to Malakal just to make sure he stays over 30% stability. Furthermore, until Tuesday when we can finally know about whitebase I would like the ceasefire to stay in place, and for no more arguments to be held until we have our answer.

Well it seems to have come to Wednesday and still no sight of White Base. That unfortunately means for WPO that we will have to go ahead with CaptainMeme's suggestion. I would like all members involved to immediately follow the suggested split and for there to be no more discussion.
