I would like to decline my nomination and suggest United Kersia, Birgeria, and The Palatinate as jury members. If all members listed want to be the Jury then I see no problem in letting them While I'm not sure I'm actually qualified, I will consider it, after hearing the details of how the trial will be arranged. Has a trial like this been arranged earlier in Realpolitik's history? |

This is because Moria is known to have a huge influence over raphalation This statement clearly shows the motives of at least some of the people taking part in this operation. Raphalation is a member of the WPO. He has done very little to upset the leaders of the WPO or in fact anyone in Realpolitik, I doubt you have even heard of him. Raphalation recently joined in the operation on Con.47 and began to take land, as Zealand, Templars and ...the Mongols has been doing, therefore aiding the operation and further crippling my nation. Therefore the only reason ...the Mongols would possibly want Raphalation to leave would be so he himself could take the land, and benefit from the operation. This clearly shows that the motivation from the WPO (or at least ...the Mongols) to attack me was at least partly for their own personal gain, and as said previously probably influenced by BANANA and the lank of conquerable land But i suppose this point can be left for the trial |

raphalation assisted you in hiding your resources, and don't bullshit me. Raphalation should have asked to join the operation and it is clear he is on your side since you ceded him much of your C47 land.

When I was a new player, XYZT accidentally sent me a message accusing me of being an alt of Lemon. He explained that he meant to accuse Raphalonian. He confused the two of us because we were both new players who were expanding rapidly (Raphalonian was way ahead of me at the time, though). In my case, rapid expansion was due to the reddit boom resulting in the presence of many inactive neighbors and a lack of competition from established powers together with my early focus on building cavalry. I do not know whether Raphalonian is an alt account of another player or not, but I think it is interesting to see the name come up again. |

Lustria never mentions in any of his posts how you have to ask to join the operation. In fact it implies that all member are involved with it, so why would a member of the WPO have to ask to join an operation that implies that all members of the WPO be participating in? |

We were to have a fair trial of neutral parties to determine whether or not attacking Mines of Moria is justified. If any member of WPO continues to attack Moria without a proper trail agreeing that their actions is justified, than Notsofreeland personally will go to war with them, and I hope that I'm not the only one willing to defend them. |

It is Raphalonian who Moria sent his resources too in the past when he tried to trick the WPO leaders, Raphalonian is not a part of the operation and I demand that he leave this instant! Furthermore, natotropolis can I ask how much food did you donate to Moria because as you can see from this link imgur.com/7FCGNyM,hL4AS1X#0 [Please note it is the whole thing it does not seem to recognize the part after the comma] Moria has more than enough food and so does Raphalonian. However as you can see from this next print screen: imgur.com/TprboNO Raphalonian is now on 687 food from the previous 489 food. This is a huge increase really possible with the lack of territory available due to BANANA's and all other continents being colonized, and now also knowing the history between Moria and Raphalonia, that they have hidden resources before> I would say that there could be a connection for the sudden rise in Raphalonian's food and the sudden decrease of Moria's since we have no taken enough land to explain the sudden decrease, and Moria is using this as a ploy to make WPO look bad. Now the first print screen was taken about 2 weeks ago (as you can see from bellow the image) so has not been made for this and anyone can check Raphalonian's nation to confirm the 687 food. |

Several problems present themselves to me here.
Firstly, I do not have complete control over Raphalation, rather as much control as as two friends (or siblings) would have over each other . For example, I would say have I have as much control over Raphalonian as Templars does over Zealand, or you in fact have over Naggaroth.
Second of all, these screenshots may be fake, and i think it only fair that the same scepticism be made over Lustria's screenshots as are made over my own, meaning that they prove nothing.
Thirdly, I did not send food away from my nation, and if Raphalonian has had a large increase in food (which may not even be the case) then it is either due to him making a trade deal or cancelling one he made earlier. A strong possibility for this could be from White Base, who recently left the game and traded most of his resources away.
