Also, nothing has been done about Moria's colonization of 69. He never posted in the colonization thread that he intended to take part of it, yet did so anyways. If I'm correct, that is a correct violation of PANCAKES.

Yet after that attack you took several days to move the offending unit out of his territory. I admit I was slow moving my unit and I was in fact fairly inactive in general, but as previously stated this was due to my upcoming school exams which took priority at that time. Still, not moving a unit out of a fellow alliance members territory still hardly warrants attacking me. |

I don't know enough about PANCAKES to deny this, however this statement seems to contradict with some of your actions For example, your post when claiming some of con. 69 says showing you don't have a problem with the land I took. In addition, if this is found to be a violation then you had better investigate Templars and Nowa Polska too who has also taken territory without posting in the colonization thread |

I would also like to add to New Socialistia's edit that this will not send Moria into a general strike. Moria is trying to make this seem worse by going into surplus. Also, I think with C69 several nations were still getting used to PANCAKES so I think it best we ignore that, and penalize in future for trying to break that section of the treaty. Also, this is the split proposed for C47 imgur.com/BRWTiOL this way it goes back to what it was supposed to be after the Artzoktian Annex Distribution Program, which a bit of territory given back ..the Mongols. I also believe that ...the Mongols wants a formal apology from Moria for what has been done to him. Also, I heard something about Moria changing his wallpaper though I think ...the Mongols needs to post about that bit. |

And if you want prove that I'm in surplus then go ahead, but if not then your clearly just speculating to make yourselves look less to blame |

Moria, i am speculating that you are in surplus I do not know how you lost so much GDP and that is the only way we can think of how you lost so much. However, I know that only 16 squares have been taken from you, not more, no less. Now that means that even if they were all mountains that is 64 GDP not the 300 GDP you have lost. It is possible that you lost some from spawning units, but you haven't spawned that many; not enough to make the total GDP lost up to 64 since very few squares were mountains and most definitely not enough to explain 300 GDP.

This is because I traded these resources. For instance i am shipping 5 textiles for 5 cars to nation 64, 21 textiles for 12 oil with Raphalation and 1 electronics in return for our 4000 rifles
