Well, first of all; You weren't anywhere near being on the mainland before I was. I had entered C52 from the eastern portions with my contained ships prior to you landing 8-10 units encircling my given territorial expansion, even when there were no previous talks of you being authorized to take any land through forum posting I had checked. By no means will I give you back those 3 tiles, however I will settle for a land distribution clause in which we divide up the southern portions equally amongst each other which could end in a resulted resettlement of Zealand territory.
If I had screenshots to prove this matter that I settled far before you did, I would, but unfortunately a great deal of external matters have been consuming my ability to keep records on this topic.
I respect that you landed on unsettled territory amongst this hacking scandal as I have, but this does not mean that you can walk right in and prevent my troops from moving anywhere. This is not a declaration for backlash to promote further tension and escalate into war, but to ensure coordination among the unclaimed land of C52 in a fair and precise manner.
