Though cumin is not used much on Arcadia's home continent, it is a popular food additive in high demand in several Arcadian colonies. So when an Arcadian trader made contact with Nation 691, CUMINME, he immediately placed an order for a large amount of seeds from a CUMINME merchant. To his great dismay, he found that the vat that the CUMINME merchant delivered does not contain genuine cumin seeds, nor does it contain some kind of cumin-water solution. The Arcadian trader demanded a refund, but the CUMINME merchant refused, saying that thousands of CUMINME farmers had worked on this order for months while making an up-and-down arm pumping motion with his arm as if he were operating some kind of farm machinery. An Arcadian delegation is being sent to the nation of CUMINME to investigate the issue and possibly to shut down the deceptive marketing of fake cumin.
