Basically the whole 'operation collapsing the mine' stemmed from this thread on the WPO forum. Obviously I don't have the permission for people to access the forum itself, however the thread is clearly very important and should answer many of the questions you may having.
Therefore I simply copy and pasted the entire thread so if you have the time or interest it can be read, and should be also very useful for the trial.
Nothing was altered in the copying of the thread, and unless anything is edited on the WPO forum then screenshot conformation can therefore be made. I apologies for the poor copy but I could not think of any other way of getting it here. (any improvements will greatly received to make this more accessible and easier to read)
The thread obviously needs a whole lot of editing to make it properly readable but I really don't have the time to do it

If you either PM me or post here on the forum I shall reserve the continent for annexing, providing no one else has applied for it. I am afraid Balrog but you did not participate in the Choam war whereas ...the Mongols did. I must insist that all Artzoktian territory on continent 47 must go to ...the Mongols though you may keep what colony you already have there. However, this is also the business of the office of administration so I would like to hear unicronnation's opinion and he may veto this decision should he wish. This is the split I propose and is based on where the current troops are placed: imgur.com/s8WSAEI , this combined with the immediate vacation of troops from each other's territory. I hope this is acceptable to both sides for this way ...the Mongols gains the land previously part of the nation of Artzotka and Mines of Moria loses no land.

I would prefer to give it to Mongols, as they currently have a smaller GDP than Moria. The way I see it, you owned the property before. Then you gave it to Arstozka. At this point it stopped being yours. When Arstozka quit, I feel that it passed on to the alliance to do whatever would benefit the alliance as a whole, not one specific member, the most. Having all members have a certain level of GDP, rather than having some members have a very high level, and others a very low level, would be more beneficial to the alliance.

I would ike to note that I only have 1 contienent, Templars territory gains are very small and unicornnaction put a huge ammount of effort in the war and had huge loses. The territory gains are meant for people who fought in the war, and you did not fight in the war, whereas ...the Mongols did.

I think you'll find yourself mistaken on that account. I did in fact aid the conflict on Con. 41, bar it being on a slightly smaller scale due to my somewhat late arrival. I'm sure i'll be able to get Templars whom I fought alongside to verify my presence. I shall try to get his conformation.

Ok, then I propose that arstotzka's land be divided more optimally between nations of the WPO, where nations with the smallest GDP get the majority of the Land, and Larger nations who do not require GDP as much only get small amounts of land but on several Continents so they are able to establish several military bases.

It is not for me to decide, nor Templars this field of work is under unicornnation's jurisdiction. Since I do not wish to veto my officer you now have control over the Artzoktian Annex Distribution Program, and may do with it as you please I shall still offer advice and take control should the argument become greater; however, as stated by the constitution until that point unless I wish to veto this is unicornnation's field. Do with this as you please and make regular updates on the forum about what you have decided.

1) how are we to know the original Land from Artzoktia?
2)My GDP is only near Moria's because of the gains i have

4)If you distribute this land all it means is that I lose out. I would be for the distribution of all the continents combined but we are beyond that point. I agreed to a more than reasonable deal with Moria where i get significantly less than the original land. He still refused to agree and is now suggesting land of mine is split amongst nations purely to spite me.

Since it seems that most of the land from Arstozka has already been distributed, I do not believe that I would wish to go through the process of re distributing all of it to match GDP. However, in the future, all territory acquired through war, or colonization should be split fairly among the empire. I will start up a thread in the Office of Administration forum to see to this.

The Balrog is still unhappy with the situation however after some discussion it has been decided that

Those are my terms and i hope you accept.
p.s. If the trade deal is cancelled I shall move my forces into ...the Mongols territory and inflict as much havoc as practically possible without leaving the alliance

My proposal: I cede the three odd squares towards the centre of the continent that i control. In return, balrog cedes the one square in my territory and relinquishes claims to anything east of the border set out by Lustria

I had a claim to the territory which you invaded! i should not agree to your unreasonable and unrealistic terms. In addition, you appear to have a conflict of interest where you said

This leads me to believe that your terms are a deceptive trick whereby you could claim you don't technically recognise your square in my land as my territory and thus should not have to withdraw. In addition, there is no reason why you would want me to send you the 1 rifle other than to spite me as it would leave rifles at the end. Your unreasonable response to my breaking the terms suggest to me that you actually intended to end the deal yourself or force me to end the deal solely so you can wreck 'havoc' on my lands.

Never claimed to be honourable, i just happen to be. You don't deny malicious intent with this section therefore it is logical to assume that you intend to use this in a harmful manner. Furthermore, you are in no position to be making threats
Overall you failed to prove yourself to be deceptive, unreliable and malevolent. You failed to deny claims that you intended to manipulate your deal for personal gain showing that you are deceitful, untrustworthy and pernicious.

Admittedly I didn't specifically say 'Lustria's map' however it is clear than all these suggestions match identically to the proposed split that Lustria suggested

A decision has been reached. The terms are as follows:
1. All land taken from Mongols by Moria is to be returned.
2. The claims to this land, plus the other land which Mongols has are to be recognized as legitimate by Moria.
3. A DMZ, outlined in the image below will be taken into effect. Once forces have retreated, no land unit is to enter the green area. No sea unit is to cross the green line.

Its quite simple, I am surprised you do not know how to do this.
so:
1. Go on the nation tab
2. Click on the square to be ceded
3. On the right of the section for issuing trade deals there is another box entitled: Cede Territory
4. Enter my nation ID in the required box (which is 3)
5. Lastly click the 'cede' button and your good to go.
Once my land has been given back I shall finish moving out my troops and cede you your entitled land

4. Enter my nation ID in the required box (which is 3)
5. Lastly click the 'cede' button and your good to go.

MINES OF MORIA CONFIRMED FOR FURTHER BREACH OF AGREEMENT.
Mines of moria has occupied the most northern island of the continent, land which even by the new agreement belongs to me. The island south west of it was occupied before the agreement came into effect but this new land constitutes direct opposition to the aforementioned agreement. In addition, no land has been ceded to be by mines of moria despite my ceding 5 squares to him. I fully expect mines of moria to cease occupying land and cede my rightful land.

You don't need to use the boat to evacuate. There is a straight, open, line for your cavalry unit, which has 3 of 3 movement left this turn, to exit by. This is your last warning. Evacuate Mongols' lands, or there will be repercussions.

Moria's cede was not a legitimate cede. the land had been seized then given to me in the same turn. This constitutes a breach of the agreement so moria will have to cede me another square if he expects me to cede any more land

I think it would be fair for Moria to cede a couple of squares of additional territory (probably on C47) to ...the Mongols, which would give ...the Mongols strategic resources and a small amount of extra GDP. I would find this option preferable to disbanding a pre-existing military unit. That is of course only if Moria is unable to reacquire some strategic resources, as if he was able to do this he could trade ...the Mongols the requested strategic resources without losing territory or GDP.

Also I'm confused. So you find one nation with a large reserve of rifles, which somehow means that I must have of loaded all my resources to this nation? I would be interested if you could find any proof of this?

Those stats seem reasonable and highly achievable to obtain without trading, and would take 123 turns if he had 3 weapon factories

So somehow, Raphalonia has manged to contiently get rid of the rifles which were in question. I still have mu priby screen this gains you nothing. Balrog, this is not a dispute, you have tried to trick the leaders WPO, and there will be consequences. I would recommend you pay the rubber so that we will look better on you when we come to our decision.

We've stated many times that you are being punished for holding up the peace process. We can not have our alliance run this roughly. You must be punished for purposely avoiding what was asked of you from both other members, as well as multiple officers of the alliance. I do not see this as acceptable.

This is not holding up the peace process. This is not accepting a treaty proposed by another general member of the alliance. You are being penalized for not complying with the edicts of an officer of the alliance.

I am afraid Balrog but you did not participate in the Choam war whereas ...the Mongols did. I must insist that all Artzoktian territory on continent 47 must go to ...the Mongols though you may keep what colony you already have there. However, this is also the business of the office of administration so I would like to hear unicronnation's opinion and he may veto this decision should he wish. This is the split I propose and is based on where the current troops are placed: imgur.com/s8WSAEI , this combined with the immediate vacation of troops from each other's territory. I hope this is acceptable to both sides for this way ...the Mongols gains the land previously part of the nation of Artzotka and Mines of Moria loses no land.

I would prefer to give it to Mongols, as they currently have a smaller GDP than Moria. The way I see it, you owned the property before. Then you gave it to Arstozka. At this point it stopped being yours. When Arstozka quit, I feel that it passed on to the alliance to do whatever would benefit the alliance as a whole, not one specific member, the most. Having all members have a certain level of GDP, rather than having some members have a very high level, and others a very low level, would be more beneficial to the alliance.

I would ike to note that I only have 1 contienent, Templars territory gains are very small and unicornnaction put a huge ammount of effort in the war and had huge loses. The territory gains are meant for people who fought in the war, and you did not fight in the war, whereas ...the Mongols did.

Since it seems that most of the land from Arstozka has already been distributed, I do not believe that I would wish to go through the process of re distributing all of it to match GDP. However, in the future, all territory acquired through war, or colonization should be split fairly among the empire. I will start up a thread in the Office of Administration forum to see to this.

A decision has been reached. The terms are as follows:
1. All land taken from Mongols by Moria is to be returned.
2. The claims to this land, plus the other land which Mongols has are to be recognized as legitimate by Moria.

Its quite simple, I am surprised you do not know how to do this.
so:
1. Go on the nation tab
2. Click on the square to be ceded
3. On the right of the section for issuing trade deals there is another box entitled: Cede Territory
4. Enter my nation ID in the required box (which is 3)
5. Lastly click the 'cede' button and your good to go.
Once my land has been given back I shall finish moving out my troops and cede you your entitled land

MINES OF MORIA CONFIRMED FOR FURTHER BREACH OF AGREEMENT.
Mines of moria has occupied the most northern island of the continent, land which even by the new agreement belongs to me. The island south west of it was occupied before the agreement came into effect but this new land constitutes direct opposition to the aforementioned agreement. In addition, no land has been ceded to be by mines of moria despite my ceding 5 squares to him. I fully expect mines of moria to cease occupying land and cede my rightful land.

You have yet to finish ceding all the land you owe, and in keeping with my previous statement:

Ah yes I apologize profusely for this most graven mistake. As I was moving my unit away I clicked on the wrong arrow, navigating him into one of your troops, which for some reason causes a fight to occur.

You don't need to use the boat to evacuate. There is a straight, open, line for your cavalry unit, which has 3 of 3 movement left this turn, to exit by. This is your last warning. Evacuate Mongols' lands, or there will be repercussions.

Moria's cede was not a legitimate cede. the land had been seized then given to me in the same turn. This constitutes a breach of the agreement so moria will have to cede me another square if he expects me to cede any more land

I would agree with the ceding of rubber. Mostly, the concern here was the time it took you to move your cavalry unit, which was not surrounded, and still had movement that turn, away from Mongols' territory. We need to make sure that the alliance runs smoothly, so I think it pertinent to punish those who hold up the peace process.

Mostly, the concern here was the time it took you to move your cavalry unit, which was not surrounded, and still had movement that turn, away from Mongols' territory. We need to make sure that the alliance runs smoothly, so I think it pertinent to punish those who hold up the peace process.
I'm sorry but I just wasn't online for a while.
This is due to me being very busy and preoccupied irl due to my upcoming school exams which are fairly soon.

I think it would be fair for Moria to cede a couple of squares of additional territory (probably on C47) to ...the Mongols, which would give ...the Mongols strategic resources and a small amount of extra GDP. I would find this option preferable to disbanding a pre-existing military unit. That is of course only if Moria is unable to reacquire some strategic resources, as if he was able to do this he could trade ...the Mongols the requested strategic resources without losing territory or GDP.

Also I'm confused. So you find one nation with a large reserve of rifles, which somehow means that I must have of loaded all my resources to this nation? I would be interested if you could find any proof of this?

Those stats seem reasonable and highly achievable to obtain without trading, and would take 123 turns if he had 3 weapon factories

This is not holding up the peace process. This is not accepting a treaty proposed by another general member of the alliance. You are being penalized for not complying with the edicts of an officer of the alliance.
