Recently a new member has joined WPO, London Slashers and has been very active on continent 70. Recently, a new nation has also come on the continent, Plug Wires. Plug wires has immediately declared war on London Slashers which naturally is okay. However, there is something peculiar, plug wire is not in an alliance yet he somehow has 100 anti-tank weapons (now in a unit) 100 cannons (now in a unit) and 3 ship hulls (not yet mobilized), now this is not possible without being funded now I have funded London Slashers because he is an ally of mine but Plug Wires has no alliance therefore someone is acting against WPO. I would like to ask whoever this is to stop this instant! I will find out who this is and if you stop now, I will ignore this but I do not take attacking a WPO member lightly.

It is within the nations of Realpolitik's rights to fund that nation. The Banana Act gives the nations full rights to fund whatever nation they see fit, and it doesn't necessarily mean that they are trying to get at the WPO, but if it was their intentions then we are powerless to stop it, seeing as unless that person admits to doing so, than there is no way to prove them guilty of anything. |

You start with 100 artillery and 3 ship hulls. It's only the AT guns that are necessarily donated by someone else. |

looking at the some of the inactive nations on con.70 it appears you start with 10,000 reservists, 3 ship hulls, 3000 rifles, 0 tanks, 100 artillery and 100 anti tank guns
