If Moria keeps abusing your account, consider filing a police report. Hopefully the developer will eventually add a password reset function.

I think that a police report might be a bit over the top, this is only a game.
Otherwise, if the developer does not add a password reset system, I think the only solution might be to create a new account and gradually transfer your territory over with the help of your alliance. They could conquer it and cede it to your new account. This might take a while though.

I too believe going to the police is a bit OTT but it is kind of annoying as i can less easily give away my land. Feel free to take any of my land in C47
